foday I hve just mad Banana and Oat buscuits - that was the only 2 ingredients!!! I guess you could add chocolate chips and or peanut butter etc. but they were brill as they were!

I made a chocolate chickpea cake last week. High protien to help with cravings and it is low fat.

Yummy stuff. I make my own low fat pate with liver add the chrorizzo or baccon too! What ever you do just don't over cook it

I hate to buck the trend here but I like the sparkley number!! Maybe it is an underwear thing. I think it is much more flattering with the deep v neck line. Maybe you had different underwear on in each photo?

I have tried to cut anything that was made in a lab from my diet. All this about there have not been any ill effects over the last 30 years - have they not noticed the obesity epidemic!! I know it is dull but breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Get rid of anything processed that has added sugar and try to plan what you will eat during the day. For me my shopping list includes..... Whole Chicken - I roast it, eat the meat in stir fry's, curry’s etc, make soup with the stock Lots of vegetable,…

I think it all depends if you are trying to lose or maintain your weight. For me I had been eating most of my calories back but there was no loss. I now rarely eat more than 1600 and the weight is moving, slowly but surely.

For me it is the few days run up that is really imprtant, Lots of greens etc. I also seem to eat more nuts this time and I have vertually no pain!
