Tidy up?

I do love all your progress posts, it is amazing to see and truly an inspiration. I was just wondering why more people don't think about what is in the back ground of their pictures? I am by no means a clean freak but really tidy up before you show the world your sucess!!!

    LOL I had a basket of laundry in my last posts. It was clean laundry though, but do not remember if it was folded.

    Ha! This cracks me up. I totally agree. Sometimes I can't even focus on the person in the picture because I'm looking at the background thinking, "Whyyyy would you show the world that?"

    If it my house I'm either too busy down the gym, studying or looking after the kids. Housework always gets left to last.

    my pics are ones that I had in my phone or ipod or ipad or whatever.. I did not pose for mfp pics... so it is what it is.....

    Haha, it cracks me up to see peoples messes, one chick I know did not realize she had a shot of her husbands HUGE stack of porn in the back ground of a picture on facebook a few weeks ago. Boy that was funny.

    All in all, if someone is comfortable with their mess in the back ground, then that is totally their business. I do not allow people to come into my home and start telling me how I should do things, so I do not think it is my place to do it to them..

    I try to make sure it's decent in the background because of these kind of comments. I personally don't care or notice most of the time if someone's house is a mess in the background. I know how hard it is to keep the house perfectly clean with little kids around. Seeing dishes on the counter or a pile of laundry in the corner makes me think they are normal. lol I guess it would be gross if it was a nasty mess or something but I've never seen that on here.

    I did almost post a picture with my hitachi magic wand in the background once. Caught it at the last minute, luckily. :-P

    A fried of my once was a neat freak then one day she said she realized she wasn't doing things with her kids that others were doing with theirs so she is not so into the house much but has made lots of wonderful memories with and for her her kids and now her grand kids and says she don't regret the change at all. She isn't dirty just not so nit picky neat..

    come on....I burned a good 3 calories spreading all my laundry around just so my progress pics would fit in around here! :angry:
