    Any tips on how you did this. you do look great btw, Did you just watch calorie intake or go low carb? How many cals have you been eating?

    I ask this because you stats are very similar to mine.

    Thanks for all the additional lovely comments and some friend request.

    FYI
    I cut down on bread, only one unit of wine a week, reduced sweets/chocolate.

    The rest was hard work and discipline!!!

    I cycle, i started running and I joined a gym.
    My normal challenge is not to eat back(and more) the calories i burn.
    The minute i don't log my food intake the weight creeps back up!
    I have to log calories in V energy expenditure!

    I also watch my fat % as my shape has changed, I have more muscle definition and am more powerful.

    The community on here is what has kept me going and having none judgmental friends to be accountable too, has really helped me! Not only get towards my goal but keep me on the straight and narrow!!!

    You look stunning and your dress is beautiful! I can relate...I have gone from size 8-10 to 4-6, so Im wearing some things that hung in my closet for years! And lots of new clothes too! I love the way I look in my clothes now! (especially dresses) :-)
