Where are you getting the suggested calories at? If your not hungry than don't force yourself, just make sure you are eating every meal and having snacks. If you're feeling weak all the time than eat more, but if you feel good than go with it.

Don't take it!!! Work out in the morning and eat healthy. You can speed up your metabolism, you don't need a dangerous pill to lose weight. Just make small changes

Honestly MFP is not going to be accurate because everyone's body is different. That's why heart rate monitors are so much more effective. It is based off of how your body is responding to the workout, not the norm. Go off of you heart rate monitor 100% MFP just goes off of what they think the norm is.

How much water do you drink? Try not to take laxatives unless you absolutely need too because they can disrupt your GI tract and can cause dependency. I make sure that I dont every single time, I do it more half and half. If its been a tough workout and I'm hungry I try to make sure I have protein. I usually try not to eat all of them, and it seems to be working for me. Hope that helps!

I eat 2 large eggs with a whole wheat tortilla heb brand (90 cal) and 1 piece of 2% Kraft cheese (45 cal) the total ends up being about 230ish? I can't remember but I stay full for so much longer!!!!

I would honestly go with neither! It sounded weird to me at first bt sugar free is full of fat, and fat free is full of sugar. so its best just to use skim milk, soy milk or just a smaller amount of normal creamer. I switch out between normal creamer and soy milk. The vanilla soy tastes good with the coffee.

I have tried it, it does work, not to the extent where you aren't hungry at all, but when youre eating it definetely makes you less hungry. It wasn't for me though! But many of my friends have used it and loved it.

I had the exact same thing when I had the HCG Diet. Mine lasted about 3 days, and i felt like I was dieing half of the time! Just push through, you have been eating wheat your entire life and now you just cut yourself off. Give yourself time to recover!
