New Goal: Lose 10 pounds by christmas NEED MOTIVATION

I recently started a new goal yesterday which is to lose 10 pounds by christmas. I'm 5'4 and currently 145 so im hoping to get to 135. If anyone has a similar goal, I'd love for us to do this together. If not, I can use all the motivation I can get because i've been veryyy discouraged after doing this for three and a half months and not seeing ANYYYY results.
-Lose 10 Pounds by Christmas
-Drink at least 8 cups of water
-Eat about 1400 calories a day
-Workout 4 times a week
-NO CANDY/JUNK FOOD -- except maybe thanksgiving for pie

A lot of people are shooting for 10 pounds though instead of 15:)

I have the same goal! My is 12 pounds and I have been at the same weight for about 3 months now too, which is very discouraging. I'm doing Move your *kitten* November where you say how many miles you are going to run this month (i picked 70) then try to beat it!
Run 70 miles in November
Drink 10 cups a water a day
Get the correct amount of protein and fiber everyday
Workout a minimum of 4 times a week.
Stay around positive healthy people
No eating out!!!
Buy a beautiful new dress when I reach my goal0
