I would use the low calorie- about 100 cal muscle milk light drinks. It helped with my recovery from heavy lifting. I didnt bulk up, but I definetely toned up, noticed that I was eating more and still staying the same size. It worked for me :)

you don't have to eat extr unless you want too. I usually eat the extra with a protein shake, because i'm hungrier on days I work out. But if you dont want to eat them you dont have too. Just dont let yourself go hungry all the time!

Use pure lemon juice it definetely lightens! But if you use too much at one time or stop using your hair will have a horrible color line :( have you tried Sun In? it works! Just spray and go!

That happens to everyone. Plus you need to see how late you are eating, if you eat a few extra calories right before you go to bed your body is basically storing it, so you are usually heavier the next day. Just try to weigh yourself once a week after a good day of eating. I try no to eat past 8 at the latest.

Yes! I went off of it for a month, only gained like 2 pounds but when I was logging daily I kept myself acountable for what I ate and how much I exercised. It lets me see what I can work on. Plus it keeps me from overeating!

I think fruits are just fine! Just make sure you are eating the right ones go for fruits with very little sugar! Google it and see I know bananas have a lot of sugar!

I used to have problems with muscle cramping in my legs when I was still in track last year. Alot of the runners told me to eat a food thats higher in sodium, most of them would eat pickles. Lifting does help you Tone up, if you are careful and don't start eating more than you already would you should slim down, however if you mix this with cardio like 45 minutes of elliptical or running four times a week this will help you reduce your fat percentage even more

When you're sick don't worry about your calories, and don't workout! The extra stress of working out will make it harder for you to get better. My biggest pet peeve is when random guys, and a few girls try to flirt with me when i work out. If i wanted to talk I wouldnt be running with headphones in!!!
