My goal for the first half of 2016 is to run consistently at least 2-3 times a week. I've taken about a year off from running regularly and am ready to get back into it gradually! My goal for the 2nd half of 2016 is to complete a long obstacle race and be running at least 3-4 times a week.

Week 1: 160.0 Week 2: 159.4 Week 3: 153.6 Week 4: 154.6 +1 pounds, but I'm totally okay with that! I've been doing a lot of strength training.

Started a week late so this is my first week weigh in :-) Starting weight 160.0 Week 2 weigh in 159.4 Total loss so far = 0.6 lbs A little loss is better than nothing! Woo hoo!
