Turbo is the best! I did it in May-June-July and now I'm 4 weeks into Chalean Extreme. Keep with it - you WILL be able to do all those moves eventually and get better and better and feel like a total rockstar at the end ;)

Well, you have gained one inch total, but lost 2 inches...yes? So - really, you're still down. I had this happen (esp in my legs/arms where I work specific muscles with weights) - but if weight loss is your goal, building the muscle is good - ALSO - your muscles will be retaining water, which can make the measurements…

If it wasn't skiproping or jogging or dancing, what was it? (I know you said a 10 minute cardio routine...but...???) Basically, if I am at or near my target heart rate, I generally burn (according to my HRM) about 80-100 calories/10 minutes.... (I weigh 189 and am 5'6" - it's a little more at the high end when I run, and a…

I did 10 weeks of Turbo and then added CLX planning to do a hybrid. Even with the hybrid calendars I found, (which listed Turbo videos I don't have like Core 20 etc.), I felt like I Wasn't getting enough of the weights... SO - I just followed the CLX schedule with the Circuit (Burn/Push/Lean) days 3x a week and did either…

Ditto runkeeper and it's free. I'm so cheap I don't pay for apps hardly ever. It does GPS - so shows your route, distance, and pace for the workout (average and splits per mile...) You can do additional add-ons for cost but the free one works great for me. I also have lots of friends who use runtastic. I thought about…

My favorite are the Old Navy compression capris and then I have some Danskin lycra capris from Walmart. They are both "tight" - like spandex. I got over the fact that my booty is bigger than I'd like it to be because the pants hold them all together, I don't chafe, and I don't have to worry about falling down or riding up.…

Another Chalean Extreme fan here. I am just entering week 5 and into the second "PUSH" phase of the work out. Chalean's philosophy is to work the muscle to failure in a short amount of reps (which means you have to lift heavy, but the workouts are 35-45ish minutes...) It's basically 3 heavy lifting workouts and 2 combo…
I need to get one of these for sure
DEFINITELY worth the money - and super motivating. I was logging my TurboFire workouts in as "Kickboxing" because that is what it is and it was estimating 700+ calories. Even on the long workouts (45-60 minutes) I burn 450-500. Over a week, that is 1000 extra calories…

I'm at the end of week 7 today. I have lost 4 or 6 pounds depending on which day I weigh. It's been like this for a couple weeks. My nutrition is very good. I eat mostly clean (I have a cheat meal once a week, but I generally even stay in my calories for that day of 1600ish)... Sigh. I have lost inches, though I don't…

This is me. This is what I have - it's the "HIIT Progression" schedule in the supergym auto scheduler
-
I have neither of those. Mine starts with Firestarter - but there are NO EZ classes. ???

We cook for our family of 4 most nights so my husband and I often will take a leftover from the night before (healthy of course) - or I make wraps with turkey and lettuce/tomato/avocado if I have it on a high fiber wrap - fruit, greek yogurt, cottage cheese.

I just started TF on Thursday! Today was day 7 of week one and I start with the HIITs tomorrow. The Firestarter video is a "new" part of the program - the schedule has changed and some things have been eliminated/changed, so the new sets from Beachbody do include firestarter but the old sets include stretch 40, core 20,…

There is a scale at my bank that a lot of my friends use for free! Or at the YMCA or a lot of places - your doctor's office - anywhere. Good luck!
-
I just don't have any sculpt or tone videos at all. Just Fires, HIITs and one Stretch 10. I wish I had all of them! I'll order the adbanced set eventually, though.

Yeah - I found a thread on the teambeachbody.com website that said they've had multiple schedule changes over the last few years. No worries!

I'm at the end of week 1 - day 7 for me - abs and stretching. I am loving it - though I totally struggled through 40 minutes of cardio yesterday. I'm eating as well as possible - trying to clean up the diet. I've actually managed to gain 2 pounds this week - (I believe it to be water retention, though) though I feel…

I searched but couldn't find exactly what my issue is. My coach started TF 2 months before me - and she has a completely different schedule AND discs. My set doesn't have any of the EZ workouts, stretch 40, core 20, etc. My schedule matches what I have though, it's just different from every.other.schedule I've seen on the…

Speaking of schedules, can someone clue me in? First of all - I'm new! I started TF last Thursday (on day 6 now) and my schedule seems to be different from a lot of folks. I have the basic turbo fire... not the advanced - but I don't have Stretch 40 or Core 20 or any of the EZ videos. They are not on my schedule, either.…

My TurboFire schedule doesnt even have Stretch 40 in it? I just got it last Thursday (ordered directly through a BB coach) and it doesn't have a few things (no Core 20, no stretch 40) - but the 12 week schedule doesnt list the stretch 40 eitehr... Weird.

The extra water (and change to a diet full of good nutrition) will often cause an initial breakout with all the toxins and impurities built up underneath and then it will clear dramatically. In reality, I mostly experience hormonal acne - but diet can change the way your hormones work, as well. Give it another week or two…
