Quick question. I have been working out almost daily for two weeks. Mainly doing kettlebell workouts. I have lost 1.5 inches in my hips, lost on .5 inches on my stomach, gained .5 inch on my thigh, and gained .5 inch on my bicep.
What gives? Im assuming muscle but gaining inches? Is that normal. I look better and a little more toned. Anyone else had this happen?

Well, you have gained one inch total, but lost 2 inches...yes? So - really, you're still down.
I had this happen (esp in my legs/arms where I work specific muscles with weights) - but if weight loss is your goal, building the muscle is good - ALSO - your muscles will be retaining water, which can make the measurements fluctuate as well...
Good luck and way to go! (I have to only do measurements every 4-6 weeks, othewise it makes me crazy!)0 -
Exercise can cause certain muscles to swell while they're repairing themselves. It's normal and natural. Everything is working correctly.0
