I made a batch of wholemal pita's in my freezer thay are about "60 cals eachi chopped up a pepperami and put on them as a peperonai substitute. I used mozerella and tomato puree and peopers, mushrooms and onrions too. They are so yummy! I also do them sometimes on a weight watchers tortilla.

I put everything i've planned to eat into my diary for the day. I take food to work so i know what i'm having each day and it helps if i fancy a snack or something that's not in tmy plan if i have the calories for it. I find it helps me a lot.

If your in the UK i get all my gear from Sports Direct.. I usually wear 3/4 length light weight joggies and baggy(ish) vest. I buy it cheap as i tend to sweat a bit lol

I work shifts do a 42 hour week.. three weeks of 8.30 - 5.30 then a week of 4.30pm to midnight then on call all weekend so like 6am and 7am starts then the next week (which is this week) 6am - 4.30pm.. I agree! When I set up my MFP account i told myself i would not deny myself anything i didn't want i just need to wrk it into my diary. That doesn't mean i'll eat crisps and chocolate everyday but one a week to have a bar of chocolate is fine you know? Have a biscuit but have one or two if you are in your cal limit

Excue my ignorance but is it a US thing as there isn't much talk about it other this side of the pond.. Where do you get it from? is it DVDs? are people doing this who previously did no exercise? I currently work out so don't know if it would benefit me..

Your already about 10 steps ahead of me. I've been looking for some low cal granola as i love IT!! I currently have the Quaker oats granola.. as for making some i wouldn't know where to start sorry.. Have you extensively googled it?

Thank you. I'm in a group on MFP that posts different exercise challenges each week which is fun and also keeps my work outs interesting. I am slowly upping my cals to get healthy
