For about 18 months it survived on 500! My point is I'm slowly building up my cal intake to become healthier and eat more. I'm prob not going to stick to 1200 a day forever but it's more then double what I was eating only 5 months ago

Thanks hun I know I sound like a broken record but it's really getting to me! I got some nice new clothes but can't wear them as they are too tight or show how fat I am. I'm quite good at disguising it at the moment but with the summer on its way I can only do that for so long..

According to my BMI I'm overweight! My fitbit went back the day after I got it. It was too intelligent it worked out how many calories I burned while I was asleep so when I woke up I already had an extra 500 odd cals to consume. I loved it but was so rubbish as i have no upper body strength.. I would love to be able to do it more and build up my strength.. Also i ended up with loads of bruises on the inside of my thighs from it but they say your skin toughens up. Go for it! Its such fun!

I blend a banana and a yoghurt to make a smoothie (and other fruits) and have a slice of toast also.. lots of good comments giveingnme good ideas for other stuff too!

How is it 180 cals when i totaled mine up with 2 eggs and 2 slices of bread it came to like 350.. do you use one egg?? no milk or olive spread??
