  • Having 'slow digestion' (apparently) i always get a stitch if i eat before exercise.. i tend to have yoghurt and or smoothie when i get in today i added a slice of toast! Was Yum! I get up at 6am to exercise so also i don't have time to have breakfast let it settle and then head to the gym before work.
  • Like i said earlier i went on a starvation binge cycle which is why i've piled on the pounds before that i was just restricting.   • I'm not vegetarian i'm just lazy i guess.. I want to try and cook more with chicken and beef that will help i guess. The other issue with buying things out of packets is that it gives me the calorie content on the outside so i can know definately how many calories i've had and also make a choice on what i want for lunch…

  • Thanks for your advice and input. I am making a life style change by trying to eat more and exercising i just get frustrated that after 6 weeks of gym i haven't lost any weight or toned up. Consistancy is an issue for me food wise.

  • I have been doing cardio now for 6 weeks and am going to start throwing some weights into the mix from tomorrow! So many people tell me it's so good for weight loss as it breaks down the fat in a better way rather then just burning cals?? We will see! :happy:

  • check this site out lots of simple receipes using Milk or Frozen Yoghurt or Soy http://www.smoothie-recipes.com/healthy/ Let me know if you come across any yummy ones! Only problem is they don't confirm calorie content but i'm sure I could work it out from the ingredients.
  • I have seen some real simple receipes that just involvd Ice, Low fat yoghurt and fruit i'll get you a link if i can find them again. I don't want to be out buying lots of exotic ingredients that i wouldn't usually stock.

  • Thats good advice actually.. i have some slimming shakes left over so will try them they are like 200 cals a shake but i suppose that's ok right? I could have one for breakfast, one for lunch and heatly/normal tea and healthy snacks..
  • My doctor constantly tells me i have low blood pressure 'Incredibly Low, Dangerously Low' but there is no treatment for low blood pressure so there is nothing they will do about it! I also get headaces after exercising i just drink lots of water and that tends to help.
