Personally i wouldn't get involved.. This has happened to me and i decided to do nothing.. It's not really up to me.. and also i think she knew her bloke was cheating so i didn't want to tell her i knew as well! It is a tricky one.

Try and look for new ways to motivate you.. You don't want to undo all your hard work. Maybe if your being quite strict you could have a day where you are less strict on your food plan??

At the mo he'll have porridge for breakfast.. whatever he wants for lunch whether it's fry up, salad, sandwich whatever and a healthy tea like fish, veg and potatoes or home made chilli or spag bol.. He's eating above his recommended cals and is very slowly putting on weight.

Thanks that's really helpful.. so you still take them on rest days? I can't physically eat more then i do so look to have one to two shakes a day i.e. one in morn and one in eve is this OK? Or should i not have it on a rest day?

Thanks guys i have two sets of work outs one is core strength where i do them with a 4kg medicine ball and theother is a squat machine which is just like level 4 (of 12) lol. I can't up my weights at the mo but i'll defo keep at it. Also like the idea of doing them round the house lol! Good one!

You know i think it's just pathetic! I mean how long ago were they dating for you to now be married to him! I once got called a chav as i have an arm bad style tattoo (one of many). I was so upset to the extent that i now what to change it!

Hi i was there a few months ago but you'll get there just take advice fro people on here about better ways to put more calories into you meals and you'll get there.. Slowly build up how much you eat a day.. tiny steps! Good luck!!

I used to get grab sized bags of crisps or the sharing bags of chocolate (that no one ever shares). Now I just get normal sized and they are a treat to me. I have a Friday evening as my treat night. I usually have a bar of chocolate or something. If you can't handle just having one then don't have anything.. I struggle…

gaining muscle?? I haven't lost anything since joining which sucks.. I have definitely been trying too.. What exercise do you do? Do you go to a gym? I just got my gym to do a better exercise program for me as the one i was doing wasn't working.. that might be worth doing?
