A pub near me does tortilla salad which is a light tortilla with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, tomato and chilli!

I do this too! I can't not have bread in the house as my husband eats it so i tend to buy the only one i don't really like and i then eat a whole lot less of it.. I agree with the above post s also try the kids on wraps. You can get wholemeal ones too! Sometimes more fun then a sandwich

Thanks.. I didn't just have 4 packets of crisps i had a lot more but didn't list everything that was a snap shot of what had happened.. The obvious thing is to not keep crisps in the house and usually we don't because this happens.. The problem is not keeping crisps the problem is binging.. If it's not crisps it's bread..…

I proped my iphone up on the treadmill then caught my headphone cable with my arm and it dropped onto the treadmill and went flying off over the other side of the gym.. bit embarrassing lol!

10% is quite a lot! i took my measurements and figured out my body fat % and want something to monitor it i think i might get a hand held device rather than the scales then

Yea.. I work out my body fat by taking measurements just wondering if there was an easier way.. i don't mind it being slightly out like DDOSTER says just another thing to check if i'm nearer my goal when i jump on the scales in the mornings..

No.. I shower in the morning after the gym.. If i go again in the evening I shower but don't wash my hair

I would suggest your pay for a PT to create a program for you. That way you can talk in depth to them with what you want to achieve and they can factor in the exercises and classes with what they provide at their facilities. I don't think you can just come on here and ask people to design you a program as we are all…

Lol my Fitbit died on me! Got a refund on it. I use a HRM when i work out and weigh and measure my food. Its been 75 days for me.. I want to be nearly there by my birthday which is september..

People think I'm smaller then I am as I "carry my weight well" at this rate I would just be happy to lose 7lbs
