  • See a doctor. That's nothing to laugh at, especially at 23. Expect to be sore, especially if you're not a runner. But popping is never good.
  • Use the mobile app. It's a must-have. Otherwise, there are few shortcuts. That's the nature of being healthy. :)
  • That's a good idea--breaking up your calorie intake. I hadn't been organizing well. I was just relying on "making good decisions." But maybe I'll break it up intentionally instead.
