Staying on track

I am new and looking for some support to keep me on track. Having tried other programs (that cost $$$), I know how supportive a group environment can be. I hope this site can provide some of the support I seem to need to stay on track and lose the weight.

The tools seem to be fairly easy to use, but alittle time consuming to long in information. Any suggestions on short cuts?

    Welcome to the site! I love it so far & have been logging for a week and a half. Planning on keeping up with it. Once you figure out what you're doing, it'll be a piece of cake to log everything in. Also, once you start logging in your food, it'll keep track of it so you don't have to keep searching for it.   • Use the mobile app. It's a must-have.

    Otherwise, there are few shortcuts. That's the nature of being healthy. :)
