^^ AS ABOVE ^^ Just give it a go, there are people at our event that walk the course, people running with dogs, and even pushchairs. I know it's not always easy doing something new but you won't regret it and you will meet loads of great people and can become as involved as you like.

No problem, good luck. I'm loving trying to improve my time each week, it's a great way to compete against yourself! I don't know what I did with my Saturday mornings before parkrun.

I managed it in 1hour 10 which is not too bad considering my lack of practice, I was a bit stiff all day yesterday but feel like doing it all again today. I would love to add…

Don't worry about it, so you ate a few things you shouldn't have. The best thing you can do is look on it as a reward to yourself for all the good work you have done. Pick yourself up and put twice the effort in today. Good Luck.

All, Thanks for all the helpful comments, seems like the top and bottom of it is that I have to just do it, after a while I should have trained it into myself. I do like the idea of having my workout done in the morning so that I don't have it hanging over me all day. I may well come back and let you know how I get on. My…
