This makes me happy! I hate running but today completed week 4, Ive never been able to run for 5 minutes so this week was a bit of a break through for me although already wondering if i can do the 20 minute run at the end of week 5! I really want to like running so am determined to see this through!

Cook down like others have said with garlic, salt and pepper and then stir a little low fat soft cheese its healthy creamed spinach and tastes great.

Heres mine! Ive just started again after a few weeks off.

I did it last year and got some great results, I've just started again today feel free to add me :)

Ive done it and plan to start again in the new year. Its a really good program and pushed me to exercise hard every day, you have to commit to it though as there are 6 sessions a week. My body changed loads from doing it and cant wait to see further improvements with the next round.
