  • I haven't done 2 in a row, but I'm sure with the gains you've made in strength a second round could be good for you. Possibly you might enjoy a CLX/TF type of hybrid.   • So there is some truth to the shorter workout lengths in P3 last 2 weeks. I was able to both the weight circuit and a 17 minute elliptical run this morning, get my son to school and come straight to work. JELF P3, D74: Arms/Abs circuit.
