I completed Level 1, Day 2 today. I'm pretty sore but feeling good. I am pretty out of shape but have a goal to be able to do all the non-modified pushups before moving on to Level 2.

Mine is 140. However, I can't ever remember being under 150 so I'm not sure what 140 looks like on me. When I get there, I may need to adjust.

I know I'm a week behind, but is it too late to join this challenge? I have a starting weight from this Saturday, but I'm going to weigh in on Monday mornings. 6/25 SW: 207 6/27 CW: 203.5 NSV goal: Run a half marathon in the fall, which of course means consistently training through the summer.
