    Well done. I tried p90x at a friend's house for a couple weeks, and though fun, it was pretty painful. lol Good luck with the rest of the challenges you've set for yourself, and Congrats!

    This is so encouraging, thank you for posting! After a month, I don't see a lot of changes but I feel better. I'm glad to see you lost that much weight on the program....it gives me hope! If you have any tips, please share! I am on my first recovery week and I haven't missed any workouts either (but I have taken my rest days instead of doing stretch).

    I have to admit I got a little tear in my eye reading your stats:blushing: You have made great progress, and P90x is NOT easy (coming from a larger framed person perspective). THIS IS HARD!!!
    But sooooooo worth it!!
