  • My understanding is that maintaining the 1200 calories will give you slow but steady weight loss. The right way to do it. So if you are burning extra calories with exercise then you should be consuming more calories (and feeling less starved).   • Wow, the piercing idea seems a little extreme! I actually did make a small hole after a long run as a means to reduce the pressure. But it then got infected so I won't do that again. :o) Sounds like maybe I need bigger shoes. :o)
