Hello to all!

My name is Lindsay and I'm trying once again to lose weight. I've tried multiple other times before and have seen results in the past, but I always lose my motivation and eventually give up. I had gained about 30 pounds in the last 5 years, then managed to shed off 10 pounds a few months ago when I last attempted weight loss and managed to keep that weight off. Now I want to continue trying to reach my goal weight, and hopefully this time I'll be fully successful! I feel that if I could find motivation and friendship while losing the weight, then maybe this time I won't give up. :)

    I think you'll find MFP to be very helpful...you just need to be honest about what you consume. The app takes care of the rest! :o)
