I totally agree with everyone here. The estimates on MFP are way higher than on my FT4. I too was dissapointed to see that I was burning much fewer calories but at least I have an accurate burn now. I love my FT4!

I did Zumba for a couple months and then started my 30 D.S. stopped the Zumba till my endurance felt stronger. Now I do them both every morning. Zumba first and then right into the 30 DS. really makes a difference in your stamina!

I allow myself a cheat (meal) on sundays. Has never hurt my weight loss. I dont gain an oz from it. 1 meal is not going to make a difference or...shouldnt. A whole day...no way! That would be waaaay to many calories. I work out teice on monday to make up for the extra calories. As long as you have a plan you should be fine…
