I agree that it's a generational difference. The good thing with navel piercings is if you ever decide you don't like it, you can easily remove it.

Try asking MFP support for help if you haven't done anything different. I assume you don't have a fitbit linked?

If you're lactose intolerant/sensitive yes. If not, only if you don't like it. I'm lactose sensitive so I get a bit of bloating from the dairy products, but I like dairy products so I just ignore the bloat.

Weight Watchers breakfast quesadilla which was better than I expected. And an Oikos coconut yogurt

I can't see your before and after (it's my computer, not your posting), but I did look at your profile picture. You look fine, not too thin at all. Honestly, they don't seem to like supporting you. Telling you that you're too fat and at the same weight too thin in general. And saying "ew" really doesn't even begin to be a…

Venlafaxine definitely causes weight gain, I believe it's a listed side effect. However I think you would have seen the effects by now so maybe not for you. Zopiclone shouldn't cause a weight gain, but everyone is different.

Tell them "take your shoes off". I and everyone I know takes their shoes off. I don't understand why people wear their shoes indoors. Why would I want you tracking your dirty/muddy/germ-filled shoes all over my house?

I carry my health card. It has name, picture and in a system somewhere my mailing address. The pouch I put it in is mesh so it will be seen eventually. My cell phone main picture (shown when locked) has my in case of emergency phone number.

I have a water bottle belt which has a zippered pocket that I keep my health card and sometimes money. Depending on the weather, my keys either go in the pocket or a jacket pocket. Cell phone goes in a pouch that fits on the belt.

Until I joined a running group and learned how to build up to distance without worrying about speed (C25K is not for me). Now I like it, I'm not sure if I love it yet.

Congrats! Great job so far!

gret job

Take it slow and work back up to the 20 minutes (and beyond). One day soon you'll be so impressed with how much you accomplished and how far you've come.

It doesn't quite look like OP's picture but yes

Go Penguins!

Excellent story. Congratulations on your success.

Yes I have. I may have gotten teased for it, but I don't care, I want to keep on track every day.

It looks like the same concept as what you get here. Log your food, be mindful of what you're eating and exercise. This is free and that is under a doctor's care. You should probably try the free option first and see if you can do it on your own.

I spent a year going up and down the same 5lbs. First of all, don't give up that's not why you are here. Second, think about the food choices you are making and if they are good nutritional choices. That's what finally pushed me out of my slump. When I make bad choices, I don't lose.

I do. It helps me to keep as on track as possible. I don't stress if I go over, but I make sure I am aware of it for when I return.

I would replace your lunchtime shake with real food (soup, sandwich, salad, last night's leftovers). Meal replacement shakes shouldn't be a permanent part of your diet.

I"ve heard we have to take Beiber back to get the breakfast..... So what's in it?
-
At night. I already get up early enough.

I joined a couple of months after I started trying to lose weight. That was when our corporate gym membership sign-ups renewed. Just dive in.

Definitely not. Judge your lack of iron via blood tests. Get extra iron from potato skins, spinach, etc.
-
Have you tried different preparations of the vegetables? What about baked/roasted zucchini? You can slice it with some onion and potato. Bake at 350, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Season with italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

I'm the same as a lot of people who have already posted. I'm the cook so I decide what we eat. I take my portion first then leave the rest for him to have as much as he wants. I never feel deprived this way.

I have a griddler and love making kabobs on it (since I can't barbecue). Hamburgers, sausages, chicken all grill up nicely. I now have to try grilling fruit.

It looks like offices are above. There are other offices buildings around it, and a dentist. I think that there's a sandwich shop next to the gym but I haven't actually seen it.
