  • Good for you! I had a similar epiphany 2 days ago, after a huge fight with my spouse. Normally I would dive head-first into a bag of jelly-beans... and I didn't! I didn't eat any junk food at all! I think it might finally be sinking in!
  • I never really liked diet sodas that much. What I do use is MIO, and just put it in my water. I drink it all day long. Does anyone else use this product, or maybe some type of Crystal Light type of drink?
