Eating at a deficient will get you there regarding weight loss but I like to exercise so I can eat more which helps me continue this in the long run. I have rest days where I'm starving so to me exercise is key for long term weight loss.

Hopefully closer to my goal of 109lb. Maybe I won't need to get to that number, the most important aspect is how my body looks. I want to be happy and comfortable with my body and of course rock some new outfits for the celebrations that will come up.

I exercised that day and then realized it wasn't worth it. I live with my large family with many siblings so really can't stop total junk food. I've never heard anyone say this but its a big thing for me, you know when the wind blows and your top/dress sticks to your stomach I feel so self conscious because of my belly not being flat so that's whats motivating me : )

I've had my braces since January and just got them tightened for the second time last week, it was so painful but a day later it was better. In the past I've eaten more than 1,200 but I've maintained so I thought this must be where I lose. Since april I've lost 4lb but i don't think its my stomach. Also I've tried taking pictures so see changes but not much luck

Lay the food out on a plate, maybe it'll show you what you're doing. Also write how you feel that second, ask yourself questions. Why am I doing this? Do I want to hurt my body : )
