I count them, and I have reached my goal and am on maintenance. I've lost 25 lbs in the last year, and 58 lbs total.

I over ate today, I logged in as much as I could remember. Hopefully, tomorrow I will go back to Curves and start behaving again.

Hopefully to behave, but if not, remember that it's only one day and get back on my meal plans the next day  .

Just came in here today & noticed your post. Hang in there. You'll get thru it. I did. I put 7 lbs back on last winter. It took me 1 month to put it on and 3 to take it off, but it's gone now, and even more is gone.

The difference was that I joined a challenge with some other women and we pledged to walk at least 10,000 steps a day average for 4 weeks. During that 4 weeks, I lost 4 lbs. The other lb. took me 2 weeks to lose. I'm still…

Congratulations! It's much better to work on getting in shape now, than it would be if you waited. Once the weight comes on, it doesn't leave easily.

I agree totally. If you deprive yourself too much, you will eventually either go on a binge, or you will get discouraged and stop.
