What a great list, thanks for sharing!

I always weigh nuts on my food scale for this very reason!

I cook mine just like a baked potatoe in the microwave!! Poke it with a bunch of holes then microwave 8-10 minutes for a small to medium spaghetti squash. I then cut it open (which is a lot easier once it's cooked!!), scrape out the seeds and then scrape out the strands of the flesh with at fork! Mmmm delicious!

My vote as well.

Wow, I didn't know that Dance Central has a workout mode!! Thanks for this tip!

Oat Bran is a healthier option to Cream of Wheat and the taste is similar. Give it a try, I love it!!

I have a tall non-fat latte with 1 pump of the mocha syrup most days of the week. It's 125 calories and is well worth it to me
-
This is exactly what I do too....Glad to see you have gotten a lot of great responses!
-
I use Optimum Nutritions 100% Gold Standard Whey in Chocolate Malt flavor...love it and it mixes well with milk or water!

Always looking for crockpot recipes....I would love to get a copy too please. pennyhauser@yahoo.com

I will be 40 in August....I am 5'2" and I am down to my last 5 pounds (sure I will re-adjust once I get there)! The only way I can fit in exercise is in the morning before the kids get out of bed. I get up at 5am and either go to the gym or do an exercise DVD like Pamela suggested. Good Luck!

It's best to get a HRM with a chest strap to accurately record the calories burned. Both the machine and MFP overestimate for me.

I don't call it a cheat day/meal either, but I do allow myself to have whatever I want for dinner and dessert on Saturday nights as long as I stuck to my goals during the week. When I was younger it was an entire day, but that does not work for me now :( You will probably have to try it out for yourself and see if it works…

I just started doing strength training. When I am resting I am doing some kind of cardio....whether it be jumping jacks or just walking around. I also have a bodybugg that tells me how many caloires I have burned so I count them.

Anything sweet....cookies, cakes, candy!!! If I don't start I'm fine but once I do it's over...sets me off in a bad way!!!

Like a lot fo the others have said, save calories to have a snack in the evening. I used to binge inthe evening but now I save about 150-200 calories for after dinner and I'm ok! Good luck!

The Think Thin bars are gluten free and taste pretty good. They also have 20g of protein and 0 sugars!

I know where you are coming from. I had a horrible weekend too! You will be back to 128 before you know it!
-
If you have never tried Oat Bran, give that a try. I think it tastes a lot like Cream of Wheat and it is healthier!
-
I would love to try Shakeology as well, but I am not quite ready to fork out the money....especially since I don't know if I will like it. Can you get samples of the product before ordering? If so, how?
-
This had me LOL! I have a 4 and 5 year old so I can totally relate :)
-
I am definitely going to try some of these suggestions!

I do cardio 5-6 days a week for at least 45 minutes. I switch between the Elliptical, treadmill and at home DVDs. I am just starting to incorporate strength training and plan to do this 2-3 times a week.

There are a few things that I regularly forget to log....diet soda (1 a day) and crystal light (about 8 oz a day) which shouldn't hurt me too much...and then ketchup which as you said could really add up in sodium which I struggle with on a daily basis!
-
Welcome back.....I can use all the support I can get as well so feel free to add me as a friend.

These all sound great! Here is one of my favorites: Mexican Veggie Soup- Large can of reduced sodium chicken broth Medium Zucchini, sliced Medium Yellow Squash, sliced 1 bag of frozen tri-colored peppers (yellow, green and red) 1 can of black beans rinsed 1 C salsa (any kind you like) 1 can of rotel tomatoes 1 can diced…

Me too! I confess I wish I could talk to my husband about all of the diet issues and victories I have, but he doesn't want to hear it!!! I am so glad I found MFP to get me through

I don't love cabbage or dislike it, but I would love to introduce some new veggies. Can you share the recipe for the spicy cabbage and the cabbage rolls? Thanks :)

Sounds yummy!
