I used to eat the Quest bars as well and have switched over to Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch bars either the peanut butter or chocolate chip cookie dough YUM!

I have a bodybugg and my calorie burn is pretty low. I am 5'2, 132 pounds and burn approximately 3.5-4 calories per minute for each of the burn and push circuits. I did Lean Circuit 1 tonight and for the 45 minute video I only burned 171 calories.

I workout for at least 1an hour and a half both Saturday and Sunday but I am still up on the scale on Monday. I attribute that to the fact that I eat pretty clean during the week and am a little more relaxed on the weekends. I wear mine inside my bra when i want it concealed :) The calorie count is almost identical, maybe a little less.

I use cumin and chili powder in place of the packaged taco seasoning to save on sodium....I think it tastes great!

I get a tall non-fat mocha with 1 pump of mocha syrup instead of the 3 pumps that comes with the tall and no whip cream. It is 125 calories and I love it and drink it Monday - Friday. When I first started getting it, I used to do 2 pumps of mocha and worked down from there.

You can get their 7oz outback special light style for under 500 calories!! Light style means no butter, seasoning on the steak, with a veggie side with no butter and their house salad with no cheese, croutons or dressing. I have to say it's still pretty tasty!

I don't know that seems kind of high to me....almost 16 calories a minute!!! But this is coming from someone who can work her booty off and still only burn 8 calories a minute :(

I would think if you like the bottled starbucks mocha, the skinny caramel macchiatto should be a good replacement if you like caramel. That does sound expensive but I guess it's possible depending on the size. I usually buy the smallest I can find and it runs me about $4-6!

It really depends on you personally (age, weight etc). I personally only burn about 200 calories doing the 30 day shred. A HRM is really the only way to know for sure!

I really like the Steel Cut Oats as well. I make mine in the crockpot overnight...mine calls for 1C of Oats to 4 Cups of water. Cook overnight and then serve. I portion mine out into single servings and freeze for easy grab in the morning breakfasts.
