3 pounds up every Monday! Anyone else?

Am I alone here? Every Monday I have gained like 3 pounds. I usually lose it by the middle of the week, but I hate it. I work out a lot on the weekends, but I also drink alcohol more then. Anyone else gain on the weekends? Do you still essentially lose? I have lost 6 pounds in the last 5 weeks or so.

    Alcohol definitely contributes to it. It's probably an issue of dehydration more than anything. If it straightens itself out by middle of the week, why not just change your weigh-in day to Friday?

    My weigh in day is Saturday as soon as I get out of bed. Even when I have a "spike" day on the weekend, I have dropped some weight by the next weigh in.

    Ok here's what I NEED to do. I need to only weigh on Fridays. I work at a doctor's office so it's hard not to weigh daily, but I know I should not be weighing daily. Thank you guys.....this is what I needed to hear. I am REALLY going to try to weigh only once a week!

    I workout for at least 1an hour and a half both Saturday and Sunday but I am still up on the scale on Monday. I attribute that to the fact that I eat pretty clean during the week and am a little more relaxed on the weekends. I take in way more sodium than I would during the week too because we usually eat out at least once. This is the reason my weigh in day is on Saturday. Can't stand to see the gain on the scale on Monday mornings!

    Good move, Sizzle! It's the best choice to make, as hard as it is. I KNOW how hard it is! I tend to weigh three times a week-every time I work out at the pool. Now I try to wack my hand when I do that. lol

    We can do it! Once a week, no more!
