Girly dont listen to that. When I started I was 292. I would tell people my goal of 165 and they would tell me I should just try to go to 200 because I would look sick. One of mine is when people tell me not to lose to much weight or I will look sick. STOP HATING people lol ;) I am getting healthy. I dont understand how I can look sick. And according to the bmi calculator I am still considered over weight :(

I just switched on monday and have gone done 6 lbs so far. I lost 122 lbs on weight watchers and hit a plateau. It discouraged me and I started to gain weight. Weight watchers is great but I am a different person now with different habits and I feel like I need something new. I have a new found motivation with mfp. I hope…

Hello. Just wanted to tell you that it is totally attainable. I lost 122 lbs in a little over a year. That was with pure dedication and persistence. I didn't always have a good day but I kept trying. You can do it!!!

I was weight training before but stopped. I don't know how to get back into it. I am going to try and focus on the swimming for a week and then try to incorporate the weights after.
