We eat things like lasagna, enchiladas, pizza, meatloaf...i guess just normal things but I also need to find new things to make Sometimes we make a Knorr Sides (packaged) and eat that or hamburger helper. Sometimes I make Alfredo sauce with cream cheese and we'll eat that with chicken and noodles

I have a similar problem. My goal on MFP is 1320 but that last few days I have been eating just under 1200, today was 1131. Should I eat something to make up for those 70 cals or not worry about it?
