  • To live an overall healthier lifestyle. Not to just lose weight, but to be overall healthier, and once that happens, the weight should just fall off !!! I think a healthy weight for my height/age is anywhere between 120-135, so that's where I would like to be. I don't want to be skinny, I just want to be healthy !

  • I would stay away from sodas, diet or not. They are very unhealthy for you and provide no nutritional value. I would stick strictly to water, teas (green tea) and juices (but not the store bought juices, I would try out a juicer).... The soda just adds toxins to your body.
  • I am on 1200 cals a day, and let me say it can be a bit tough. I have to make sure that I cut out all the little things, like putting creamer in my coffee.. etc. and portion out my foods correctly. Like one lady said, sometimes I go over too, but then I will exercise to balance it back out. I am currently just walking, but…
