To be honest, you have to set your priorities first. It doesn't matter what time you work, you will ALWAYS have an hour or two free per day. Sometimes you have to make choices, that 1-2 hours you spend going out with friends you could be spending on working out. I'm not saying that's what you do I'm just saying that health…
