Thanks for the tip i love water with lemon, i also have trouble in the toilet department but my doctor recommended Fybogel and this works for me and has improved my weight loss by more than half... yaaay for bowel movements!

Looks to me as your having too many sugary drinks, i saw a programme on tele last night and it said that just one sugary/energy drink is equal to one and a half cheesecakes... Maybe this is the reason your gaining

Oh i so want to do this so so bad, i have also seen some fantastice results and now i have lost sufficient pounds i need to lose a few inches as im in between dress sizes. I go on holiday on saturday but will be starting this on my return. i will look forward to your seeing your results and also give you encouragement :)…

Hi, They say muscle weighs less than fat. in your case i would up the cardio training and go jogging 3/4 times a week for around 15mins, thats guaranteed to help... wish you all the luck

I find its all a mind game... if your mind is thinking "ooh i'm on a diet i cant have that" then i find it makes you want that item of food even more!! I tend to try not to think about food and drink plenty of water then i enjoy my meal more when it comes to it. Other way is to have healthy snacks to hand, at least that…
