yeah this change over from days to nights is a pain i was in bed by 2am last night so up at 10am.. and start at 9pm so its impossible to avoid the long period without sleep..

Oolong tea is very nice, you don't need milk or sugar with it, especially if you drink Orange blossom Oolong tea. Plus as an added bonus it helps with weight loss especially water retention.

I just take ordinary oatmeal, i measure it out the night before and i also measure out fruit, either berries, blueberries, melon etc and bring those to work and micro it. mix in yummy fruit.. fruit salad with yogurt over it is good too.

My shifts vary but i work 9pm-7am and 5pm-3am and 3pm-1am, my shifts are on a cycle so i work nights most weeks, i return to work on Monday and it will be my first shift back after hols on mfp so im wondering how i will go. I know thats what happened with my mom she was eating too little and piled on the weight, she went to a motivation clinic and was eating twice as much and loosing weight, and dehydration is a contributary factor too

LMAO i nearly fell of the chair with laughter, i think it was the visual of someone stripping down naked in JC pennys and jumping on a scale that did it..... Im not from the states but i have been in JC Pennys lol and i would think they are quite a conservative store LOL thats what makes this visual even more hilarious

i find that if i season the chicken and make a pocket out of tin foil, put it in there, seal it up by folding all the sides together and the steam cooks it until i open the tinfoil to brown it a little. i do the same for any small meat portions of meat that i want to cook in the oven, it really prevents them from going dry…
