I know this is an old thread but I was just told yesterday I have a pituatary tumor and have been referred to a endocrinologist. I cannot get in to see her for a month so I have been reading up on everything since I've never heard of such tumor until recently. I was at 118 3 years ago healthy and happy and then symptoms…

I had NIGHTMARE withdrawals and started taking my full dose again after 2 weeks due to the fact that I couldn't function due…

I'm 5'3" and 136 pounds I burn about 400 on my HRM each insanity workout. I would def recommend getting a HRM!! I got a new one last week. Went to best buy and got a polar f7 for 50$ on clearance. They are normally above the 100$ mark and are supposed to be best out there. Def use a HRM with chest strap for accuracy. Good…

I know this thread is from April but was doing some research as to wether or not to start with P90 or P90X...what are your thoughts? I am needing to lose 20 pounds only, I lost a lot of weight 2 years ago (65 pounds) and gained 20 back that just wont come off. My Nutritionist said I need less cardio and more strength…

I had one for about a week, it was NOT at all accurate for me, it was WAY off just my opinion. I even calibrated it to my stride etc. and it would calculate all kinds of steps while it was sitting still...I decided I lvoed it and the concept BUT just wasnt worth $100 if it wasnt accurate for me.

I see....I am not sure if this is going to be what I should be doing after learning all about it, I would rather lose 2 pounds a week and I am not a weights person really. I can learn but am really content with my cardio...My main goal is to be in a healthy BMI and lose 20 pounds so that I can fit into the clothes I wore…

Thanks so much that makes much more sense. Another question then...will doing cardio and not really any weights hurt my weight loss with eating these calories? I just bought my treadmill and love running on it, it is like therapy the also is true for yoga. I cannot at this time watch any youtube videos I am at work but…

Ok so I read through the sticky note on the BMR/TDEE as well as calculated on the site am still confused though...sorry....lol. So it calculated me at this: BMR - 1417 TDEE - 2196 Daily Calorie Based on Goal of - 15% - 1867 So what am I supposed to eat for calories daily? I do not do much weights just hand weight and…

I am going to read and hopefully this can help me!
