Weight Loss Challenge (Eat More Weigh Less)

So I met with my nutritionist, and she is putting me on a 2000 calorie diet, which is much more than I am used to. However, it focuses on fruits and vegetables and healthy eating. I want to drop 15 lbs over the next 3 months. Anyone else want to join me on this journey? I would love some support and new people to follow! Its definitely going to be hard to stick to this and not freak out about the calorie amount.

If this helps, my nutritionist told me to get 6 ounces of grains, 2.5 cups of vegetables, 2 cups of fruits, 3 cups of dairy, and 5.5 ounces of protein with a max intake of 2000 calories. I am 5'6 and 140 lbs.

Does the plan work for men as well? I need to loose 10-15 lbs. I figure 2lbs/week would be attainable. I'm 165lb 5'10".

I know everything doesn't work the same for everyone, but I'm willing to give this ^^^^ a try. Who knows it may actually help out a lot

I would like to join. I lost 50 and then now I have maintained my loss for a year. I have been eating 1300-1500 cal per day and only maintain. I would like to loose another 25, so I hope this works.

I looked up TDEE last night and it says I should be eating 1900 per day.

I am not sure exactly what exercise is suggesgted. Every other day I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill, then the next day I do a 30 minute kettle worx kettlebell workout and those DVD's vary the exercise

What else do I need to do ?
