See a sports physio, don't just treat the condition with ice etc. find and treat the cause, most likely top of foot and further up the leg / side of calf.

The time and calories burned box is editable. However if on Ipad it can be a little flakey.

Suunto M5 - is adapt everyday to tell you what exercise you need to do and as what rate. Days when i feel like giving up . this really helps as i want end of week at 100% of target
