Yes I'm on insulin. I have a friend who has done Keto for about 7 months and she's lost almost 100 pounds! To get started I needed to buy groceries so I could make shakes, actually get some veggies in my house, get rid of all the junk food and just get my mind set that I could do this.

Thanks all. After 5 days my morning BG is down 200 points. I've only lost 2 pounds, and still have a long way to go, but so far so good.

It's high protein high fiber low carb. They claim most people can cut down or eliminate medication once they're on the diet.
