  • Thanks for the advice, i do feel i put a little weight back on but i chalk it up to being on bed rest and not being able to go to the gym. I didnt pig out by any means just ate foods that i normally would not eat had i been able to cook...
  • I use advocare products and love the stuff. Did the 24 day challenge about a month ago and lost 14 pounds and a total of 9 inches lost across my body. I know a lot of people in my group who have had better results that I did. I would highly recommend using it
  • I feel you, lost 25 pounds only to gain half of it back over the summer. Finally got sick of the excess weight again so started back logging and working out regularly yesterday. That first week or so sucks with cravings and being sore(if you start back on a excercise routine) but end results are worth it!!!
  • I understand the issue, I can eat 17-1800 calories a day but my issue is netting over 12-1300 calories. My workouts are pretty intense so after the calories burnt in those workouts are taken out I barely get it over.
  • looks like a heat rash to me. Normally heat rashes appear while working out and go away when you cool off and shower.
  • I have been following the protein carb fat guide line for the P90x through the first month. I am having trouble netting anything over 1300-1400 calories. I don't get hungry and with the food and the supplements i take i am getting proper nutrients but it is hard for me to get my net up
  • I actually do a 50% 30% 20% of protein carbs and fat. Has worked pretty well so far. I also have not been able to get the shakeology so I take the animal pak supplements and also drink a protein shake after my workouts.
  • Started the p90x/insanity hybrid about 16 days ago and it is killer. Down 8 pounds already and toning up quick. The merger of these two workouts is crazy but i love the way i feel after each one!!! Makes you feel like you've done something
  • If you get a good burn in then 30 minutes is plenty. Also I tend to stick with 3 days of tough ab workouts so that they have time to heal in between. I do them monday Wednesdays and fridays, so the other days i do shorter workouts
  • if they have the insane abs disc it is the deluxe edition. You are missing both plyo and max plyo and the upper body weight training. The plyos are very important discs but the weight training is not part of the regular routine
  • I only do it once a week. Have a scale at home but don't use it cause i heard barometric pressure can effect digital scales. So I go over to my parents house once a week and use my granddads old doctor scales which are very accurate.
  • So if it is from the p90x diet plan do i just suck it up and it will get better or do i need to add more fiber?
  • I have had a abdomen injury before this is not one. They are cramps, they last for a few minutes then go away for a little while. I am drinking a lot of water easily 100 ounces a day. But now that I think about my bowel movements have not been as frequent as normal. So maybe constipation? Can that be a result of cutting…
  • I'm 6'3 and weigh about 245. My goal would be to get to 215. Says my bmi is to be at 185 but i haven't been that small since i was a junior in highschool before i grew!!!
  • ex smoker here. I gave it up over three years ago. I wish i had the self control then that you do now because i gained so much weight when i quit!!!! I was in pretty good shape until and i feel like my really bad eating habits came from trying to control the urge to light up another cigarette. So here is to new healthy…
  • I use the body fortress whey vanilla. I mix it with milk and sometimes a light strawberry yogurt and it tastes really good
  • I completed the first month before discovering that i needed to have surgery on my elbow. With the right diet and giving it your all i saw very good results in the one month. In fact I am currently doing a p90X/insanity hybrid workout out to see how that goes. But the insanity by itself is a good way to melt off fat and…
