Im in too. I am 40 now and have found that in the last two years my body doesn't respond like it used to. I have no problem with the working out daily in fact I love it, it's my me time. What I do need is the accountability in the food department. Lets do it!!

go to the buffet with your own mantra something like...everything in moderation...or will i let four days of unbridled food freedom ruin how hard you have worked i find mini mantra's help me in situations like that (im goin to vegas in july so im practicing!)

i eat cottage cheese everyday, i buy no fat and no salt and mix them together. i buy it from safeway. superstore also sells dry cottage cheese that has next to no salt and mix it with the regular stuff. sometimes i add cocoa and splenda blend it together add some fresh strawberries and voila chocolate cheese cake tasting…

i am confused on how this site works....i have my allotted calories for the day, then i exercise then it tells me i have earned so many calories from exercise (i am in my third week if p90x) ok i got that much but my question is, am i to stay within my allotted calories or do i eat those as well as my 'earned' calories?…

I TOO AM ALMOST 35 (GULP)AND HAVE HAD 3 C-SECTIONS WITH THE TISSUE PAPER WEIRD SKIN, LAST YEAR I TRIED BIO OIL TWO TIMES A DAY, IT DIDN'T TOTALLY ERASE MY STRETCH MARKS BUT IT REALLY REALLY LIGHTENED THEM UP A LOT!!! IT ALSO MAKE MY SKIN FEEL THICKER, DIDN'T TIGHTEN IT UP....BUMMER!

i think the closest i can come to describing it is a cross between brown rice and brown pasta, i also sometimes cook my in low sodium chicken broth instead of water. i also just had for the first time quinoa, it tastes very similar to couscous...try it it may be your new favorite!

whole wheat couscous with baby tomatoes and fresh parsley a splash of olive oil and a pinch of garlic powder and lemon juice to taste, one of my top five, but easy on the couscous it is about 150 calories for 1/4 cup! but worth it!!
