Yes I do, I have IBS C. So bloating can be an issue for me. Other than artificial sweeteners and greasy foods, I am not too sure of triggers. Although raw fruits and vegis can be iffy. I just started juicing for better digestion but a know it does cut some fiber. Do you ever feel like you just can't win?

I also have deverticulis, does the Miralax bloat you? I have heard it can do that.

yes! I go over sugar too and not because of any jusnk food, i do not eat it. My sugar comes from fruit and yogurt. I can not have artificial sweeteners, they make me ill. And I often eat sweet potatoes with just a little but the sugar in those are so high. isnt it supposed to be a "super" food?

MFP put me at 1200 also and I am 127/ 5'6 and want to lose 10 lbs. I seems awefully low when I do work out 3-4 times a week.

but it seems most low sugar items contain sweeteners. Should I be looking more into organics? I am just so sceptical when it comes to grocery shopping. I spend forever reading lables.!

I also avoid artificial sweeteners. I am one of those that has negative reactions to them, stomache upset and migraines. So it is quite irritating when I go over my MFP daily sugar level. Especially when eating my greek yogurt! Anyone else experience this?

Yoplait Greek Blueberry yogurt with 1/2 cup of All bran cereal. I need the yogurt, it helps alot with digestion but it has so much sugar but I cant have artificial sweeteners so I'm stuck with going over my sugar. Anyone else have this isssue?

Ok I totally get you, pretty much everything bloats me. Probiotics are a must. But I just started eating a bit of carraway seeds. Apparently it was suggested on Dr Oz, I didn't know that till I went to Whole Foods and they told me. But chewing on some after a meal is very helpful. Also I drink a tea to help w digestion.…

oh thank you so much for your help I think I got it!!!!! calorie goal- 1800 (and if I work out I dont need to eat back calories UNLESS it puts me below 1340, my BMR. Whew!
