Is anyone else juicing fruits and vegis?
I just started and I'm loving it but I am concerned about all the carbs and sugar. I mean a green apple, carrots and some celery should be good for me, right? And I am juicing because digesting raw foods too much is hard on my stomach.

How can i keep my sugar low without using artificial sweeteners? I am allergic to them. I am allowed 25 grams a day. After my coffee, 1/3 cup bran cereal and greek yogurt this morn, I am already over.

keeping sugar low
How can you keep your sugar low when you are allergic to artificial sweeteners and can basically only eat foods sweetend with real sugar? And im not talking candy and cake but things like yogurt or shakes.

Eat back calories burned or no? BMI? BMR? TDEE? it has been confusing! but...I think I've got it now.
