So I 've been working out 3-4 days a week and I am on 1400 calories a day. I started out at 1200 but seemed like I should be eating more. I am 5'6 and weigh about 126 in the morn and 129 at night. I would like to be at 120 and i have been at this for over a month. I do strenght training (Body Pump) and cardio (spin class or walking.) Its not budging. What gives??

I notice you are 36. If you are entering peri-menopause, if your sugar is changing, your hormones are off, your thyroid is acting all goofy, or any of the other stuff that happens around that age (I'm 42), it's going to be h*ll getting those last six pounds.
That being said, keep at it. First comes muscle, then should come the decision if you really want to loose weight that's determined to stay. You might find 5'6" fits your frame once everything is tone.
I know at 5'1" when I'm 122 lbs and super tone I'm in a size 3. Any less than that and I look sick.0
