I am victim of this, I think its a natural Parental reaction. If your not counting callories and trying to account for everything you put into your mouth it is really easy to fall into this.

I usually leave my phone in my car when I run unless I have a cell pocket in my workout clothes and I usually dont. My keys I leave inside the door to my gas tank so that they are out of sight, but I dont have to carry them.

You need to eat more and spread it out. You should be eating something every 2-3 hours to keep your motabalism up. Get lots of protein and try to cut out all the processed foods. Cook from raw foods. If you dont have time then make up your weeks worth of food on one day and have it ready so all you have to do is heat it.

What kind of fitness are you doing? Your probably not eating enough calories, eating less is not always the answer. You should be eating small meals very 2-3 hours

I would strongly recommend a recovery drink or protein shake after working out. The bes time to absorb key nutrients is withn an hour after your workout.

I would usually say push through the pain, but I would also say you need one day off a week. I do not think its healthy to workout 7 days a week with no break.

Eat smaller meals more often...... Count your calories and vary it from day to day ie: 1100 Cal one day then 1300 then 1000 then 1400 ect. Make sure you are eating clean. Give your body lots of nutrients.

I like usin the egg beater substitute and making an ommelette without the cheese. I use onion and peppers and tastefully simple seasonings. Tastes awesome and low calorie :) I also enjoy my shakeology only 150 calories and full of super foods.
