  • Depends on how bad you want it I would think. Sometimes I can just have a bite and give away the rest, sometimes I eat only a serving based on the package. For me, a lot of it is being able to say no. As far as the dried fruit, check the package and look at the numbers, sometimes that will make the decision for you.…

  • I've had the Bodymedia Core for about a month now and I love it. I was always waking up tired and since it keeps track of your sleep it really helped me out with that one. Plus it works well with MFP, seems to be more accurate too. Highly recommend it :)

  • I'm no expert, but I would get down to what feels comfortable for you. The charts aren't for everybody and if you get down to say 130-135 and it feels good and you feel good, then stop. Only you can decide what is a good weight for you. :)

  • I'm just starting the exercise thing myself and I'm finding that if I have someone that I work out with (walk, whatever) I'm more inclined to do it. It's easier for me to get going when there's someone counting on me to be there. I also have a WII that I use quite frequently that is more like fun than exercise. Good luck…
