I never go by what MFP says cause they dont know how fast you go or what incline. I go at a 15.0 incline and go at about 6.0 mph and the closest thing MFP has is walking uphill at 3.5 mph so I use the machine numbers its closer then what the site has. I do only cardio, and have lost 17 pounds since march. I burn about 1000 calories every time i go to the gym and i got at least 5 times a week

I am 5'7 and I just bought pants for work that are a size 2. I was so happy. Last year I was a size 7. I think anybody can be whatever size they want to be, its just depends on how lazy they are. This site has people that do and people that don't. Personally I don't eat back all of them but then I always have 1 big cheat day a week that throws off all my weight loss for the week

I weigh 130 and if you go on the treadmill and put it at max incline and run at 5.0+ mph you should get there. I did last night switching between walking at 4.0 mph and running at 6.0 mph

I am confused about this. So if you don't eat all your calories in a day I hear people say to make it up the next time cause it all depends what you are at for the end of the week, but its not ok to not eat your calories. I mean of course I would think just dont eat all your calories but do eat 1200. I am totally confused…

Ok my bad maybe I said it wrong. The site says I should eat 1200 and when I excise another 1000 on top of that for a total of 2200

So I should just stop exercising? And still lose weight? I am fine with eating 1200 calories a day and would rather not have to eat over 2000 cause I do burn about 1000 calories at the gym, according to the machine. I hate the gym and would love it if I didn't have to go.

It was funny reading this response. Just goes to show you that no one knows exactly what to do, people have suggestions but no guarantee anything will work.

I read something that if you do the same exercises every day then your body gets used to the workout. Doesn't make sense to me cause people that run have amazing legs. So I just run run run and burn calories hoping to look like them. I am not good for advice but I would like to know aswell
