And the challenge gets harder . . . .! After speaking with a few of the members who are updating me on their progress, we feel that 50 km is too easy for the summer challenge. We've upped it to 100 km. For progress sake - I have currently moved 50 km so I have another 50 to go. My goal weight is 133.5. I'm currently at…

When I hit my first plateau I actually stopped counting exercise calories. That seemed to help me a lot. When I hit my second plateau, then I added more exercise cuz I basically just cut my calories - I didn't really move very much. When I took a break from counting - I found it hard to get back into it. Good luck!

I realized that I just have to tone a bit to flatten my stomach. I've had a baby so it's not gonna be perfect but I can get it a bit better. I guess you just have to look in…

Forgive yourself. What happens in the past is just that, in the past. You can’t do anything to change it, so don’t dwell over it. Just take a deep breath and move on. Revisit your goals. This one depends specifically on how long you were off track. If it was longer than 3 or so weeks, you’ll need to take a look at your…

Oh! I'm sorry Krista! It's been even longer than I thought since logging my outdoor activity. There is no way I can remember all that stuff going on. Let's try and focus on this past week. I'll only have missed a week. Monday June 17 - I ran. So that was 30 minutes. Tuesday June 18- I walked to my RA meeting and played at…

Yesterday Holden & I went for a 20 min stroll and then we sat outside in the rain for another half hour. Today we were out of the house all morning - but mostly in doors. Comparing weight prices. It was fun :D

This isn't even an exercise challenge and it's HARD. Friday - yeah - it was WAY longer to the iceplex than 20 minutes. On crappy ditch like walking conditions. UGH. Never doing that again. But - it was a lot of time spent outside. Yesterday we went for our walk to Garden City - stopping at Northgate for ice cream. Sooo…

I'm going to try and get a walk in this evening. We were outside for about 15 minutes this morning at the St Norbert farmers market. It was cold and very damp - not the best place to be. I'm excited to go back when it's warmer. I also now have a HUGE urge to bake but I'm not sure what. And I don't think being in a car…

I have gone down two pant sizes since starting. At the beginning my husband said that I didn't need to lose weight. I just didn't listen to him lol. My pair of jeans that I bought the first time I went down still kinda fit. They are baggy but they stay up so I still wear them occasionally. But now my husband refers to them…

haha. I did the same thing.I felt myself get bigger after every meal or cookie but I just couldn't stop! I'm not going to get myself too worked up about it. That usually just keeps me making bad decisions. I haven't weighed in yet but I've started logging again. Even my one good day today will be better for me in the long…

I'm not sure if this is advice you want to follow but it worked for me. I stopped counting my work out calories. I wasn't allowed to touch any of them. Now that I'm better I can leave them or use half of them. And my other "trick" is going to maintenance for a couple of weeks. That way I am not gaining but it seems to get…
